Diversity Project with Applebee's Human Recourses (2004). Designed and
implemented Throughput Project in Applebee's New England North (2003). Developed “Continual Training Handbook” (1998). Received an outstanding rating from Applebee’s Audits International at the Hadley MA and West Lebanon NH locations (1999, 2000). Authored and implemented the “Speed of Now 2000” management improvement program at the Hadley, MA location (2000). Returned 10+% comp sales and 40% flow through after 3 months as General Manager at the West Lebanon, NH location (2000).
