January 28 2008, 10:00 am: Just came in from throwing out some scratch for the Rhode Island Reds and Guineas
(scratch for chickens is a treat -- similar to what pancakes, doughnuts, waffles or pizza is for people). I came in, poured myself a cup of coffee and looked out the window to see those damn turkey interlopers -- 30 or so of them -- chasing away our birds and helping themselves to our food!
