What can you expect at Willoughby Forest in the next 10 years?
Lots.
We are currently working to establish a woods-grown ginseng farm. We did an experimental planting in 2006 and if the crop appears successful we will move forward with additional plantings in 2009.

In the future we plan to explore community farming as well as establish a cold climate vinyard.
